World Today is going through a recession. EconomicTimes reports --"IT sector is heading towards a recession which would likely be worse than the one it had witnessed during the dot.com bust days. The depression in 2001 was mainly due to a tech meltdown. But today the recession is global and across verticals. So most likely it will hit the industry harder and it will last longer."

Usually when number of projects decreases, there is a trend that companies will be reducing the strength and go for higher bids to balance. But we are approaching this in a different perspective. We are planning to balance this not by increasing bid amount, but by decreasing the amount! We expect to get more projects and could meet the targets. So will be employing more people, as now the salary is coming down.
